Day 1 — Baie-Comeau to Manic-2
Start on Trans-Québec 3, climbing along the Manicouagan River. Fuel stop and lunch at the relay. First night at the foot of the high country.

Day 2 — Manic-5 loop
Big day toward the Daniel-Johnson Dam. Open landscapes, possible winds. Return via the ridge trails.
220 km - 3
Day 3 — Back to Baie-Comeau
Easy descent toward the river, last viewpoints, back to the heated garage.
